Performance Servo Value
Every valve that comes through our shop receives a detailed analysis to determine whether it needs repair, replacement, or is beyond economic repair. Once evaluated, valves are returned ultrasonic cleaned and fitted with new identification tags.
Our evaluation covers every critical component: torque motor, nozzle flapper, spool and body, seals, flexure tube, electrical convectors, solenoids, wiring, filters, poppets and seats, on-board electronics (OBE), and LVDT.
Test performance plots are available upon request.
